A government that
talks on every screen
We designed and built Zapala's digital presence as a single ecosystem — not one isolated site. It spans the city's institutional communication portal, a dedicated site for the Magistracy Council, and two interactive tourist-information totems on the street, all kept current by the municipal team through a purpose-built content app.
One city, scattered across many channels
A municipality doesn't speak to its community through a single page. Zapala had to reach residents looking for news and paperwork, an institutional body with its own remit, and tourists arriving on the street — each with different needs, on different devices, at different moments. The hard part wasn't building one site; it was making four very different surfaces feel like one government, and keeping every one of them current.

And the municipal team had to keep all of it up to date without touching code.
Rather than four disconnected projects, we designed a single ecosystem around one identity and one source of truth. Two institutional sites run on Pupila® CMS; the street totems run a custom touch interface built for outdoor, walk-up use; and a dedicated content app lets the municipal team publish once and update everywhere — no developers in the loop. New content reaches a resident's phone and a sidewalk totem through the same pipeline.
