Case Study — Frontend Engineering & UX/UI
CINEBID

/ Overview /
CineBid is a disruptive programmatic platform engineered for the cinema industry — connecting advertisers and exhibitors with the same precision and real-time metrics that define modern digital environments.
The traditional cinema advertising market has long relied on analog, bureaucratic frameworks — characterized by lengthy lead times and zero flexibility. Our challenge was to revolutionize this ecosystem into a seamless, automated buying and selling engine.
We undertook the full technical design, business logic implementation, and frontend development for the two core tools that power the platform: the Advertiser Dashboard (Buyers) and the Exhibitor Console (Sellers).
Building two complex, highly dynamic interfaces demanding exceptional data performance, interactive charts, and real-time workflow automation.
The project required bridging the gap between the analog world of cinema and the precision of modern programmatic media buying — without sacrificing the premium, big-screen experience that makes cinema advertising unique.
