/ Overview /

Argentina's leading legal news portal - covering every court jurisdiction in the country, every morning, since 2000.

Diario Judicial is the definitive daily publication for Argentina's legal and judicial community. Founded in 2000, it covers civil, commercial, criminal, labor, family, and constitutional law across every federal and provincial jurisdiction — from the Supreme Court to local tribunals.

With over +7,400 editions published without interruption, the platform serves judges, lawyers, prosecutors, and legal academics who rely on it every morning for case summaries, rulings, and legislative updates.

Our agency built and maintains the complete digital infrastructure: the Pupila® CMS powering daily editorial output, a custom PDF generation system for each edition, a 25-year archive of over 7,400 editions, a four-stage editorial approval workflow, and an integration with their e-learning platform for online course sales.

/ The Challenge /

A daily legal publication with +25 years of editions, a four-stage editorial workflow, and a growing catalog of online courses.

Every weekday morning, an edition must be approved, generated as PDF, and published on time. The editorial process runs through four roles — editor, reviewer, copy editor, and publication — with no step skippable. On top of that, 25 years of past editions must remain searchable and accessible, and an e-learning platform needs to sell courses to the same audience reading the news.

WHAT WE BUILT
01
Pupila CMS — Editorial Platform
Full implementation of Pupila CMS for daily news publishing — multi-section management across 15+ court jurisdictions, SEO-optimized article templates, image handling, and a publishing workflow built for morning deadlines.
02
PDF Edition Generation
Automated generation of a formatted PDF for each daily edition — produced from the CMS content at publication time. Every edition is archived as a PDF, giving subscribers and legal professionals a permanent, printable record of each day's judicial news.
03
+25 Year Edition Archive
Organization and digitization of 7,400+ editions since 2000. Every past edition is indexed, browsable by date and jurisdiction, and searchable by full text — making the platform a primary research tool for lawyers tracking long-running cases and precedents.
04
Custom Editorial Approval Workflow
Custom four-stage approval flow built into the CMS: Editor → Reviewer → Copy Editor → Publication. Each article must pass every stage before going live. Role-based access controls, status visibility for the full team, and a full audit trail per article.
05
UX/UI & Frontend
Design and development of the full portal — navigation across courts and topics, article reading experience optimized for dense legal content, edition archive UI, and full responsive design for mobile and desktop readers.
06
E-Learning Platform Integration
Integration with the online course platform for legal professionals. Single sign-on between the news portal and the e-learning system, enabling the same audience to move seamlessly from reading today's rulings to purchasing a course on the same topic.
